Indian AI Gaming Startups Showcase Next Generation Innovation At India AI Impact Summit

Indian artificial intelligence and gaming startups took centre stage at the India AI Impact Summit 2026, presenting advanced AI powered solutions that span creative production, live sports gaming, immersive experiences and enterprise cognitive readiness.

The Summit, positioned as a premier global platform for artificial intelligence, has brought together governments, technology leaders, startups, investors, researchers and policymakers to examine real world AI applications and foster international collaboration. Within the gaming and interactive technology category, five Indian startups Yesgnome, Metasports Hitwicket, Koyozo, Youth Buzz Ourcadium and Evivve demonstrated how AI is reshaping gaming, immersive media and enterprise transformation.

AI Powered Creative Production

Yesgnome showcased Sketly AI, an AI powered art creation platform designed for game studios and creative teams. The system enables the generation of production ready assets including character designs, environments, user interface elements, storyboards and animation components with speed and stylistic consistency.

A key feature of Sketly AI is its proprietary style training system, which allows studios to train AI models on a defined visual aesthetic to maintain cohesion across large scale productions. The platform supports rapid iteration, sprite sheet creation, asset enhancement and expansion, aiming to streamline production workflows, reduce bottlenecks and enable both independent developers and large studios to scale creative output efficiently.

Generative AI In Live Sports Gaming

Metasports presented Hitwicket, a competitive multiplayer cricket game with more than 18 million users worldwide. At the Summit, the company demonstrated its Generative AI powered real time commentary engine.

The system analyses live gameplay scenarios, generates contextual text commentary and converts it into expressive voice output, delivering a personalised narration experience for each match. By embedding AI driven storytelling into gameplay, Hitwicket illustrated how generative AI can enhance immersion, personalisation and broadcast quality interactivity within mobile gaming environments.

Console Grade Mobile Gaming Ecosystem

Koyozo demonstrated an integrated mobile handheld gaming ecosystem designed to transform smartphones into console grade gaming devices. Its flagship hardware Koyozo One features hall effect joysticks and triggers, dual connectivity through Type C and Bluetooth, haptic feedback, modular accessory support and pass through charging.

The hardware is supported by Koyozo Club, an intelligent platform offering automatic button mapping, game discovery, remote play integration, performance analytics and personalised control profiles. Together, the ecosystem addresses fragmentation in India’s mobile gaming market by delivering a seamless and high performance handheld gaming experience tailored for competitive play.

Human Versus AI Interactive Experience

Youth Buzz, through its immersive technology platform Ourcadium, presented Man vs GPT, an interactive showcase exploring the evolving relationship between human creativity and AI adaptation.

In the live demonstration, participants competed against AI powered opponents capable of learning and adapting across rounds using behavioural patterning and real time decision loops. Designed to simplify complex AI concepts into accessible gameplay, the experience demonstrated adaptive difficulty systems and intelligent interaction models. Positioned as Made in India intellectual property, the showcase reflected the push toward original immersive entertainment formats.

Measuring Cognitive AI Readiness

Evivve introduced its Enterprise Cognitive AI Readiness Tool, highlighting what it described as the Human Cognitive Infrastructure gap in AI adoption. Based on its neuroscience informed AFERR model covering Activation, Forecasting, Experimentation, Realisation and Reflection, the tool evaluates leadership and organisational readiness beyond conventional technical metrics.

Evivve operated its booth as a live diagnostic lab where policymakers and enterprise leaders participated in executive simulations. The company also presented its State of Cognition India AI Snapshot 2026, offering real time insights into AI leadership readiness.

Investment Dialogue On AI Powered Gaming

A panel discussion titled The New Gold Rush Investing in India’s AI Powered Gaming Future, curated in collaboration with the Game Developers Association of India, convened global investors and industry leaders to assess India’s expanding footprint in AI driven game development and interactive media.

The session examined evolving investment trends, AI enabled production models, skilling initiatives and policy frameworks necessary to accelerate India’s rise as a global hub for AI powered gaming innovation.

Collectively, the participation of Yesgnome, Metasports Hitwicket, Koyozo, Youth Buzz Ourcadium and Evivve underscored India’s expanding capabilities in AI native gaming platforms, immersive experiences and cognitive transformation tools. Their presence at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 reflected a broader national ambition to build globally competitive AI driven digital products and position India at the forefront of next generation technological innovation.
