UG and PG admissions begin at DU’s School of Open Learning

SOL to also offer MBA (Healthcare) and BSc (Computer Science): Prof. Payal Mago

Admissions for the Academic session 2026-2027 are going to start at the Department of Distance and Continuing Education (DDCE), School of Open Learning (SOL), Campus of Open Learning (COL) for all the UG programmes and for all the PG programmes from today (14/07/2026) 11:00 PM onwards.

Providing details on this, Prof. Payal Mago, Director of COL, announced that the School of Open Learning is launching two new courses from the academic session 2026-27, namely, MBA(Healthcare) and BSc. (H)Computer Science.
Prof. Payal Mago stated that a special WhatsApp API integration feature has been introduced in the admission portal this time. Under this initiative, students will receive OTPs and updates via WhatsApp on their registered mobile numbers. She noted that Admission is already ongoing for the four premier programmes offered by DDCE, SOL, COL, viz- MBA, M LibSc, B LibSc and PGDADLM, since 17 June 2026.

In addition, admissions are currently open, for both one-year diploma courses and one-year certificate courses, in the eight foreign languages being offered by Open Learning Development Centre (OLDC), Campus of Open Learning (COL), University of Delhi. These courses are being offered in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese and Korean languages in collaboration with the Department of Germanic and Romance studies and the Department of East Asian studies, University of Delhi. These language courses will also be offered by OLDC in online mode soon.
